Toni To – Occupational Therapist
Toni To— Occupational Therapist
Hi, I am Toni, I grew up in Brisbane, completing my degree at the University of Queensland. I have over 25 years of experience working as an Occupational Therapist. I’ve had the joy of supporting children from birth to 18 across a wide range of abilities and needs—including developmental delays, learning difficulties, ADHD, Down syndrome, and autism. I’ve worked in public and private hospitals, early intervention, and schools across Brisbane and Townsville. My approach is collaborative and family-focused, aiming to support meaningful participation at home, in school, and in the community.
I’ve been fortunate to spend many years as a stay-at-home mum, supporting my children through their early years. As a mother of three—including a child with a disability—I’ve seen firsthand the profound difference the right support can make. It’s this experience that fuels my deep passion for the work I do.
At Twinkle Toes Therapy, we use play as a powerful tool to help kids build everyday skills, grow in confidence, and do the things they love.
Occupational therapy isn’t just about overcoming challenges—it’s about unlocking potential and helping every child live their best life.

I focus on the child, not the diagnosis. A disability does not define a child’s future—I believe in their ability to grow, succeed, and flourish.
Samantha Cervellin – Physiotherapist
My name is Samantha but most people just call me Sam! I have over 12 years working in education to support children of all abilities. I also have experience working with children in an acute inpatient setting in hospitals. My passion is working with children to support and develop their movement, strength and posture in order to maximise their access, participation and enjoyment in daily activities.
As a parent of two young children with a disability, I appreciate the importance of finding the correct services and support. I believe that all children, regardless of their abilities and differences, have potential, and should be given the opportunity to realise and reach their full potential. To help children achieve their goals I will conduct a comprehensive assessment and develop individualised treatment programs to assist them to be happy, confident and thriving kids.
Being predominantly mobile makes therapy convenient and comfortable. I work with you in the setting that you choose to embrace the natural learning environment and ensure that recommendations can be incorporated into everyday routines.
